Ruby Ridge is a small kennel located on the family farm. Our family
consists of Earlene(mom), Justin(son), and me, Amy(daughter in-law).
Earlene and Justin handle the dogs and I handle the computer and
camera. Plus, I get to spoil the puppies.
Here at Ruby Ridge Kennels we have been in the dog business since
1950. Through the years we have raised 13 different breeds of dogs
ranging from large running hounds to small Bichons. Ruby Ridge
Kennels has always had a soft spot for Beagles, the first beagle was
introduced in the 1960's. They are still running free chasing rabbits to
this day. There is something about listening to a pack of beagles
running rabbit.
Since the early days we have refined our breeding to 5 choice breeds;
Beagles, Jack Russell Terriers, Soft-Coated Wheatons, Bichon Frise,
and Shih Tzus. All of our breeders are AKC (American Kennel Club) or ACA
(American Canine Association) and in some cases both.
We have a love for all animals big and small, Earlene has been a
veterinarian's assistant for 12 years. We are all educated and have
years of experience in the dog business.
